Networtech Digital Agency (“Networtech,” “we,” “us”) operates the NRelay Client Portal, currently accessible through netwebdesign.com. This policy explains how we handle information when clients and authorized team members use the portal and when we provide related digital marketing services.

Information we receive

Depending on the services a client authorizes, we may process account contact information, website identifiers, analytics and search performance, advertising campaign statistics, business listing performance, calls and lead attribution, website performance measurements, SEO rankings and reports, and portal activity records. We may receive these details directly from clients, connected services, or their authorized representatives.

Google integrations

With authorization, NRelay may access Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads and Google Business Profile data to display reports, measure marketing performance, and support contracted services. Access is limited to the permissions granted through Google’s consent process. We use Google API data to provide or improve the requested client reporting and related services, not to sell that data or use it for advertising unrelated to those services. NRelay’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Other providers

Our services may use authorized integrations such as CallRail, Moz, website hosting, and other reporting or infrastructure providers. We may share information with service providers only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, maintain, or deliver services, subject to applicable agreements and law. Each connected third-party service may also apply its own privacy practices.

How information is used

We use information to provide client dashboards and reports, attribute inquiries and conversions, track changes over time, maintain service reliability, troubleshoot integrations, prevent unauthorized access, fulfill contracts, and respond to support requests.

Historical records and retention

NRelay is designed to preserve historical reports, snapshots, and performance measurements so clients can compare results across reporting periods. As a result, disconnecting an integration does not necessarily remove previously collected reporting data. We retain information for ongoing service, legitimate business recordkeeping, continuity of reporting, and applicable legal requirements. Retention and deletion requests are reviewed in light of contractual, technical, and legal obligations; we do not promise automatic deletion of historical records.

Security and access

Portal access is intended for authorized users. We use access controls and operational safeguards to protect information. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Your choices and requests

You may revoke a Google connection through your Google Account’s third-party access settings. You may also contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account. Revoking authorization prevents future authorized access through that connection but does not by itself guarantee deletion of previously stored records. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law and agreements.

Children

The NRelay Client Portal is intended for business users and is not designed for children.

NRelay connected social media and advertising data

Connected social media and advertising accounts. NRelay Client Portal allows authorized customers to connect Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn Company Pages and Meta advertising accounts using each provider’s secure authorization process. When a customer connects an account, Networtech Digital Agency receives permission to retrieve the account identifiers, names and aggregate reporting data that the customer authorizes. This may include followers, reach, impressions, post engagement, media/post metadata and advertising performance such as spend, clicks and reported conversions. NRelay does not request social account passwords or read private messages, and it does not publish posts or modify advertisements.

How connected reporting data is used and protected. We use connected social media and advertising data solely to generate private performance reports for authorized NRelay clients, provide agency services and maintain necessary security and audit records. Reporting is separated by customer and account; authorized agency administrators may access accounts to administer those services. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and transmitted to providers using HTTPS. Reporting data is not sold or used for independent ad targeting, and NRelay does not share the connected data with unrelated advertisers.

Retention, disconnection and deletion. We keep time-stamped reporting history while an authorized customer account is active and it is needed to provide the requested service. Customers may revoke provider access through Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn account settings and request that the agency disconnect accounts and delete related imported data. Disconnecting stops subsequent collection but does not automatically delete historical reporting; a deletion request will remove the corresponding connection tokens and personal/account-associated imported information, except records that must be retained for documented legal, security or accounting purposes. To request deletion, visit https://netwebdesign.com/nrelay-data-deletion/ or contact Networtech through the contact methods published on our website. We process verified requests in accordance with applicable privacy law and provider platform terms.

Third-party platforms. Meta Platforms, Inc. and LinkedIn process sign-in/authorization information under their own terms and privacy policies. NRelay uses their approved APIs only within the permissions granted by the account administrator. Available reporting metrics and data retention limits may change if a platform changes its API, an account disconnects, or authorization is revoked.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our services and legal obligations change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. For privacy questions, contact info@networtech.com.
