Effective date: October 15, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to the NRelay Client Portal, operated by Networtech Digital Agency (“Networtech”). NRelay provides reporting and account-management tools for clients and authorized users. By accessing the portal, you agree to these terms, subject to any separate written services agreement with Networtech. Where an executed agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.

Eligibility and authorized access

The portal is intended for business use by authorized clients, their designated representatives, and Networtech personnel. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify Networtech if you suspect unauthorized access.

Connected accounts and permissions

Connecting an account or authorizing Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, or another provider represents that you have authority to grant the requested access. You remain responsible for the settings and agreements applicable to your accounts with those providers. Authorization can be revoked through the relevant provider, but revocation may interrupt reporting and does not automatically erase historical data already collected.

Reporting and historical information

NRelay displays information obtained from third-party platforms and processing systems. Figures may be delayed, revised, unavailable, or differ from those shown directly by a source provider because of reporting windows, attribution methods, API limitations, and other factors. We may retain prior reports, snapshots, and historical metrics to provide trend analysis and continuity. Nothing in the portal guarantees specific traffic, search positions, leads, advertising outcomes, or business results.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the portal’s operation, share access beyond authorized personnel, misuse other clients’ data, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party platform rules.

Intellectual property and client data

Networtech and its licensors retain rights to the portal software, design, and proprietary materials. Clients retain rights they hold in their own business information and uploaded materials. Access to the portal does not transfer ownership of the software or third-party data.

Service availability

We may perform maintenance, adjust integrations, or temporarily restrict access when needed to protect security and reliability. The portal relies on external providers, and their changes or outages can affect available functionality.

Privacy

Our handling of personal and connected-service information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Ending access

Access may end when a services agreement ends, authorization is withdrawn, or use violates these terms. Historical records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

Liability and applicable agreements

Except where expressly provided in a signed agreement or required by law, reports and the portal are provided for informational business purposes and may contain third-party data inaccuracies or interruptions. Any contractual warranties, limitations, dispute-resolution terms, and other binding obligations in a separate agreement remain applicable. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms and post an updated effective date. Questions may be directed to info@networtech.com.
